The majority of systems that we put in place are required to integrate with other systems. This is a core part of the service and we have successfully performed many integrations of this type, including an integration for National Magazines to fulfil orders from their various eCommerce websites, including mainstream titles such as Good Housekeeping and You and Your Wedding.
Our IT solutions are flexible and we will integrate a system based on how your business uses its existing products so you don't have to adapt their way of working - for example, SAGE products can be used effectively in many different ways.
eCommerce Order Management
Once an order has been placed, you or your fulfilment partner can log-in to the system to view and then process all orders through a single web interface. Our IT solution not only supports the ordering of products, but also the return of unwanted or damaged products. Our solutions are very flexible as to how the system provides information for the fulfilment partner and of course if you fulfil the orders yourself, we can integrate our IT fulfilment solutions with your own stock management system.
Once the order has been shipped it will have its status updated in the system so the customer can view the delivery status as well as an order history to facilitate repeat purchases. The system can also print PDF packing slips with your branding and run reports to provide market/business analysis.
