Channel Architecture
The channel architecture of our IT system allows you to choose which eCommerce website you wish to work on within the system. You can change between websites by selecting from a drop down menu accessed from every page. Once you choose the new channel you wish to view, the system will automatically re-load with that channel's information and content. When you add a new channel (website) you have the option to add a new design or re-use an existing re-branded template. Channel permissions can be set so that customer data and orders are not available for viewing by all system users. These permissions can be group driven with individual users assigned into the relevant groups within the system. Each user can be entered into more than one group if necessary.
