Mapping application nears completion.

The South East Centre of Excellence chose Lab Lateral to develop a new online system that would enable linking and analysis of UK government data across all levels including region, county, district, unitary and metropolitan authorities.
The application needed to be unique and represent data visually as well as in a linear format. This resulted in a dynamic mapping application and enables the user to drill down into the areas of the UK via a graphical map drawn on-the-fly from OS coordinates.
Once launched this will provide councils and local authorities access to a huge range of data with the aim of them improving their working procedures and efficiency by partnering with other effective areas and continuing the great work the South East Centre of Excellence have been doing.
